The “3,2,1 off program” is a program that I built for myself to allow me to gain maximum strength while allowing for enough recovery to continue getting stronger.
The program consists of Bench Press, Deadlifts and Squats which are performed once a week for a total of 3 hours a week. The week off allows you to fully recover and come back even stronger for the next 3 week block.
